  • Is pickup paid?
    No. Transport is fully on us, regardless of volume [TODO: coverage zone to be defined]. Larger batches — nationwide, also free.
  • In which currency do you pay?
    PLN, EUR or USD — your choice. Cash on the spot or bank transfer the same day.
  • Do you issue BDO and KPO documents?
    Yes. Every transaction is logged in the BDO (Polish waste registry) system. We generate KPO (waste transfer note) and KPOK in line with the Polish waste act.
  • How does SENT work for transport?
    Catalyst transport requires a SENT (national waste transport system) declaration. We handle it — declaration and route monitoring are entirely on us.
  • What if I don't know the catalyst type?
    Send a photo. We'll identify the type (ceramic, metallic or monolith) and quote it ourselves.
